Capsule filters, also known as integrated filters, employ a pleated filter membrane with a large filtration surface area, making them suitable for filtering larger volumes of solution. The exterior of this type of filter is made of polypropylene material, free from adhesives and other chemicals, ensuring no sample contamination. The filter comes in various pore sizes and can be autoclaved for sterilization.

As an efficient solid-liquid separation device, capsule filters have been widely used in industrial production. It provides reliable filtration solutions for various industrial productions with its unique structural design and excellent filtration performance. The core component of a capsule filter is the filter sack, which is made of high-strength fiber material. The liquid enters the filter housing through the inlet, and when passing through the filter sack, solid impurities are trapped inside the filter membrane, while clean liquid passes through the filter and flows out from the outlet. During the filtration process, the filter sack can be replaced as needed to ensure filtration efficiency and production continuity. One of these high-strength fiber materials is hydrophilic PES membrane. XINNA recommends this capsule filter with PES membrane, which is suitable for pre filters of reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration, ink filtration, etc. It is very suitable for filtering aqueous solutions and solvent samples.
