Nylon syringe filter is one of the most widely used microporous membrane filters, belonging to the end filtration membrane with a pore size of 0.22-5.0um. It is a filter that can be used to remove particles from the solution.Hydrophilic Nylon syringe filter is ideal for aqueous (non-acidic) or organic sample prep and HPLC, GC or dissolution sample analysis. With its excellent flow characteristics, very low extractable levels and mechanical stability, the filter offers the best combination of physical parameters to meet the most stringent analytical needs in 13mm, 25mm, 33mm diameters. The nylon syringe filters from us can be made in your nominated color, either in sterile single-packaging or non-sterile barrel packaging. These filters are ultrasonic welded to guarantee no liquid or gas leakage while being subjected to high pressure. No membrane replacement or filter cleaning is required, the single-use syringe filters are a great help to lab staffs freeing them from the trivial and time-consuming preparation, and therefore are widely embraced by laboratories across the world.

The Nylon syringe filters we produce contains high performance hydrophilic Nylon membrane filter. And the Nylon membranes are manufactured in our 100,000 class facilities, while the body of the syringe filters are manufactured just a few miles away in our new Injection Molding workshop.
