Transducer Protector, abbreviated as TP Filter, is an essential component of hemodialysis blood tubing sets. With hydrophobic PTFE membranes integrated inside, primary purpose of a transducer protector is to ensure the separation of the blood side of the circuit from the machine side and prevent any contamination of the pressure transducers in a hemodialysis delivery system. By doing so, TP Filters play a crucial role in enhancing patient safety by eliminating the transmission of infectious diseases such as hepatitis or HIV.

The application of a transducer protector significantly reduces the risk of wetting, which is a common issue in hemodialysis systems. Transducer protectors we supply are manufactured with our automated assembly and ultrasonically welded without any glues or solvents. Each and every bulk are tested by our auto-testing machines in our workshop in the middle of production and final-tested in our own laboratory before packaging and delivery to guarantee good and consistent quality.
